This is determined by the NDIA based on your support needs. We can help you understand which level is in your plan and advocate for the right level during plan reviews.

2. Can I change Support Coordinators if it’s not working?

Absolutely. You have choice and control over your supports. We want you to work with someone you trust and feel comfortable with.

3. Do you work with self-managed or plan-managed participants?

Yes! We work with participants across all plan management types: NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed.

4. What areas do Axis Support Coordination service?

We provide services nationwide across all Australian states and territories, in metropolitan, regional, and remote areas.

5. Can you help me access the NDIS if I don’t have a plan yet?
